The focus of worship at Victory Chapel is to provide an inviting atmosphere where men and women can experience, first-hand, the gracious and loving presence of the Lord Jesus Christ. It is our desire to allow the Holy Spirit to create an openness in people’s hearts so that they may receive the preaching of the Word of God.
We invite you to join us at the beginning of each service for an uplifting time of praise and worship. You will be refreshed and encouraged in the tangible presence of God.

LOCAL LEADERSHIP
As our local church grows, God will give us powerful revival as we obey the command by Jesus in Matthew 28:19 to "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations..." Leadership roles will be filled and they are the foundation of our ministers, our worship leaders, and our Church council. Here at Victory Chapel we strongly believe it’s important to get to know one another. Pastor Jeff O'Brien's story has been one of faith, miracles, and transformation. Pastor Jeff and his wife Ricki's journey with Jesus began in 1984 leaving a lasting impact wherever they have served. They pastored in Hanover, Pennsylvania for 25 years, and then pioneered the work in Pittsburgh where they have labored for the past 12 years. They are currently pastoring in the vibrant community of Washington, Pennsylvania where they desire to see chains broken, captives set free, families restored, and destinies unfolded...
